How do I create a report containing student information?

Reports can be generated that contain the following student information:

  • Students’ names and OENS
  • Employers (eg. Canadian Tire)
  • Addresses of placements
  • Students’ positions at their placements (eg. sales associate)
  • Supervisors’ names and phone numbers
  • Course codes and names
  • Teacher linked to each student

To generate a report you:

  1. Select the Students tab at the top of the screen on the Forms-side of the software.
  2. Click the export button on the right side of the screen
  3. Select the desired format for the report from the dropdown menu
    • Selecting HTML will generate the report in a new tab
    • Selecting CSV will download the report

You can also generate reports through the Forms feature by following these steps:

  1. Select the  tab on the left side of the screen
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the  button
  3. Choose your desired report and adjust the filters
  4. Click the  button
  5. The report will be saved and downloaded as an Excel file
